Bound Wins At Dinard

Developed and EP’ed by ECF’s Paul Welsh, Joe Carter’s comedy short Bound wins the audience award at Dinard British Film Festival. Commissioned by SFTN, funded by Creative Scotland and BFI, handcuffed and hungover two strangers navigate Edinburgh’s ultimate walk of shame. Also developed with SFTN First Feature funding, Ben Sharrock’s comic drama Limbo picks-up the Jury and Audience awards at the festival.

Lemon Backed By Screen Scotland

Growing-up in Scotland in the late seventies, Rhona Campbell doesn’t know whether she wants to marry a boy. Or be one.

Rhona Cameron’s original 8-part series Lemon has been backed by Screen Scotland for development. Based on Rhona’s acclaimed memoir 1979 – A Big Year In A Small Town, the project is being co-produced by Edge City Films and Hat Trick Productions. Paul Welsh is developing and Executive Producing for ECF. Jimmy Mulville is Executive Producing for Hat Trick.
